At Moodywatch, we're dedicated to ensuring your pleasure with each purchase. If you want to return an object, our coverage outlines the steps for soliciting a return or refund, along with precise techniques for special situations.
1. Requesting a Return or Refund
- Initiating a Return: To begin a return, please e-mail our customer service group at support@moodywatch.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order quantity, the object(s) you desire to go back, and the cause of your going back.
- Return Authorization: Our group will offer you a Return Authorization (RA) quantity and commands for returning your object. Please do not now go back to the object without an RA quantity, as this can postpone processing.
2. Return Processes for Different Situations
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you acquire an object that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of transport. We will set up an alternative or a complete refund free of charge to you. Please offer pics of the disorder or harm to expedite the procedure.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you acquire the incorrect object, please contact us within 48 hours of transport. We will offer commands for returning the wrong object and ship you the correct object at no extra cost.
- Item Not Received: If your order has now no longer arrived inside the anticipated transport timeframe, please reach out to us at support@moodywatch.store. We will check out the transport frame and paintings to remedy the problem promptly.
- Order Cancellation: If you desire to cancel your order after setting it, please contact us as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can issue a complete refund. If the order has already been shipped, you'll want to comply with the go-back procedure upon receiving the object.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Timeframe for Refunds: Once we acquire your object again and affirm its condition, we can process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund may be issued to the authentic price technique used at the time of purchase.
- Refund Cut-off Time: Please observe that you need to provoke your go-back request within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we can't process returns or refunds.
- Payment Processing: Depending on your financial institution or credit card provider, it may take a further 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Returnable Products
At Moodywatch, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the specific nature of some product lines, we would like to note that some products are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
- Custom watches (engraved, custom designed): These are products that are personalized to the customer's own preferences and therefore cannot be returned.
- Discounted watches from clearance or clearance programs: These products are sold at final discounted prices and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
- Products that have been used or show signs of technical interference (opening, replacing components, non-genuine repairs).
- Products that do not have all the accessories (box, warranty book, intact labels, unopened seals).
- Products not reported defective within 48 hours of receipt: We only support returns for products with manufacturing defects if customers report within the specified time.
- We encourage customers to carefully inspect the product upon receipt and contact Moodywatch customer service immediately if any problems are detected.
